1. Subscription Terms
By enrolling in a KO Kratom subscription, you agree to a recurring billing schedule based on the frequency you select during checkout (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your payment method on file will be automatically charged prior to each shipment.
2. Billing and Payments
All subscription charges will be billed to the credit card or payment method provided at the time of your initial purchase. If your payment method fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be secured, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
3. Modifications and Cancellations
You have full control over your subscription. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please ensure any cancellations or modifications are made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
4. Shipping
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your chosen frequency. Standard shipping rates apply unless your subscription qualifies for free shipping promotions. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
5. Price Changes
KO Kratom reserves the right to change the price of our products or subscription plans. If the price of your subscribed product changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days prior to your next billing date, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
